CONDITIONS OF SALE
La Quiétude hotel is only intended for the provision of rooms in its Issambres establishment, avenue des pins maritimes 83380 ROQUEBRUNE SUR ARGENS;
It is operated by the company BEAU SITE Sarl, same address, which only invoices the nights and cash the tourist taxes on behalf of the municipality.
The bar, the restaurant as well as the breakfast service are provided, in the same premises, by another operator who directly invoices his services, including the meal share of half-board.
RESERVATIONS
Any booking made by internet is subject to the terms and conditions of the booking site.
We guarantee that booking directly by phone or email, you
will enjoy conditions at least identical to those offered by any website:
Any reservation made by phone or email is considered final at the reception of a deposit of at least 30% of the amount of the stay for stays of at least 3 nights, or the amount of one night for
shorter stays .
This deposit must be sent to us preferably by bank transfer or check cashable, or by phone by communicating your credit card number and its date of validity. Do not communicate the visual pictogram in order to avoid piracy. Under no circumstances should you send your bank details by e-mail.
In case of cancellation within a period of at least 2 days before arrival (1 week in July-August) the deposit will be returned with the exception of 30 €
fee.
In case of late arrival (compared to the reservation) of at least one day, the nights not consumed will be billed normally, as well as in case of a hasty departure.
In case of cancellation within less than 2 days (1 week in July-August), the deposit will be kept in full.
ARRIVAL DEPARTURE
The hotel reception is open from 08m to 12am and from 4pm to 8pm.
On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 4pm and check-in must be done before 8pm
On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated and paid before 11am.
The swimming pool is at your disposal the day of your departure until 4pm as well as the parking.
OCCUPATION
Rooms and common premises are subject to an obligation of calm and relative silence.
The rooms are all strictly non-smoking, including the bathrooms, as are the entrances, hallways and other enclosed areas. Smokers can smoke on the terrace, taking care not to disturb the neighboring terraces. Standard single and double rooms are not equipped with terraces, the occupants must leave the property to smoke.
It is possible to smoke around the pool using a plastic ashtray and in respect of the neighborhood.
The vaping rules are the same.
Dogs are allowed in the rooms but not on the beds. They must be leashed in the corridors, the garden and around the pool. Their droppings must be picked up by their owners, bags are available at the reception.
The pool is reserved for hotel guests. Children under 1.30 meters must be accompanied by a parent. Ball games and inflatable buoys are prohibited.
